Discover the MX POD

The new MX POD is a huddle room suitable for open plan offices. You can easily organise improvised meetings, even for videoconferencing.

Thanks to its seating capacity of 5 people, you can easily organise meetings according to your needs : face-to-face meetings, interactive presentations or videoconferencing. Designed to integrate AV and collaborative technologies, this solution includes a table with a connection panel and can be used with a screen from 32 to 40 inches.

Thanks to its several custom options, it is suitable for every spaces.

DISCOVER MX POD 

The MX POD has 2 parts :

1.   A table with a location for connection panel and a screen and camera module.
This part is also available alone : MX TABLE.

2.   A seating capacity of 4 to 5 people, with exterior covering finish amongst a wide range

Integration of collaborative technologies and maintenance

When you install a huddle room, you have to choose the technology according to your needs. But, you must optimise its integration and its maintenance.

A connection panel in the centre of the table allows to each attendee to connect its laptop. The screen and camera module is suitable for a screen from 32 to 40 inches. We have also designed a camera compartment above the screen to integrate a camera with 120° angle, such as Logitech MeetUp or Cisco Room Kit Mini. They are perfect for small spaces.

To facilitate maintenance, we have designed a rear access on the screen and camera module to facilitate the access to the technology without disassembling the MX POD. 

 

Custom options

Thanks to its several custom options, MX POD is suitable for every spaces. You can choose laminate finish of the table in Medium Density Fiber (MDF) : wooden, white, other colours… We offer a wide range of laminate finish such as Oberflex, Egger or Polyrey.

In the centre of the table, you have a location for connection panel. You can integrate a Cable Cubby from Extron or other brand and choose connection panel configuration according to your needs.

Also, you can choose colours of fabrics for seats.

Exterior covering fits to your environment. Laminate, printed or adhesive, you choose custom options suitable for your needs to integrate MX POD to your brand image and your space. Our advice ? Integrate your logo on exterior covering or ask to our team to offer a customisation.

And what about acoustics ?

Our huddle room MX POD is designed for open plan offices. That is why, the question of acoustics is fundamental. We design a furniture offering a peaceful place, where workers will be in a quiet atmosphere. MX POD design has been optimised to absorb sound.
